Our team in St. Louis consists of some of the best IT staffing professionals in the industry, invited to join the Adaptive Solutions Group team only after stringent screening to make certain they'll deliver the high level of focus and service our clients have come to expect.

Andy Pille - Director of Operations

Andy has been with Adaptive Solutions Group since 2006. He has noted that his on-the-job enjoyment comes from genuinely helping people better their current situations, and working for a company that feels more like an extended family then a corporation.

Andy came to ASG after earning a B.A. in Business Administration from Hanover College and followed by 3-years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Before school, he grew up on his family's corn and soybean farm in central Illinois. Andy is married with two children and loves golf, camping, and spending time with his family and friends.

Brian Scott - Director of Sales

Brian Scott has been with Adaptive Solutions Group since 2004, helping to perpetuate what he terms a unique environment. "This fosters a great group of people which makes coming to work every day enjoyable."

As a graduate of McKendree University, with a B.A in Marketing, Brian's previous jobs include working at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and Balls-n-Strikes. In his personal life, he's a husband and father of three, a baseball and golf enthusiast, and a fan of the Colts and Cardinals.

Nick Bilpush – Manager of Recruiting

As a Manager of Recruiting with Adaptive Solutions Group, Nick enjoys meeting new people and "helping them meet their career goals;" he's done so since 2008, after working at Linde Healthcare and Northwestern Mutual.

Nick is a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering, with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Management and Marketing Management. Nick is married has 2 dogs and enjoys hockey, guitar, and fitness.

Jim M. Vizcarra - Account Manager

As an Account Manager with Adaptive Solutions Group since 2006, Jim enjoys the "great work environment, surrounded by really good people." In his view, it makes it easy to get up in the morning and do the job in front of you when you're in a positive environment like ASG.

As a B.S./Business Administration graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Jim directs his enthusiasm and focus towards client service needs. At home, he turns his attention to the Cardinals and Blues, being a big sports fan who was born and raised in St. Louis. Jim is also an avid hockey player and golfer. Jim is married and has two daughters.

Matt de Miranda - Account Manager

An Account Executive with ASG and a 9-year-veteran of the company, Matt is a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. He earned a BFA in Graphic Design before working at First Cellular/Alltel and the YMCA of Greater St. Louis. To him, ASG "has a fun and upbeat group of young professionals that work well together."

When he's not taking care of client needs, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, working on home improvement projects and proudly pulling for his favorite MLB team: "Go Cards!"

Scott Welborn – Account Manager

Scott has been with Adaptive Solutions Group since 2007 and has found the most enjoyable aspect of his job has been "the relationships formed – both with the internal ASG staff as well as the consultants I've helped find job opportunities for. Also, the fierce ping-pong battles in the office."

A graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, with a B.A. in Mass Communications and Media Arts, Scott previously worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car before coming to ASG. A self-described "huge sports fan," his favorite teams include the Cardinals, Blues, Rams and Salukis.

Jordan Denker - Account Manager

Jordan joined Adaptive Solutions Group after graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in business management. She enjoys the opportunity to place people in a career that aligns with their goals. Outside of work, she is a big Mizzou fan and enjoys traveling.

Ben Wood - Account Manager

Ben joined ASG in the summer of 2015 as a Technical Recruiter. After spending a year helping candidates find rewarding career opportunities, he became an Account Manager in 2016. He is excited for the opportunity to partner with clients to fill their staffing needs. Ben is a graduate of Miami (OH) University and spent five years playing professional golf. He is a huge St. Louis sports fan and outside of work enjoys playing sports and spending time with family and friends.

Shane Terwelp - Sr. Technical Recruiter

Shane joined Adaptive Solutions Group in 2013. He grew up in Quincy, IL, and graduated from Illinois State University with a Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. He is a big advocate for helping others achieve their career goals and finds this to be the most rewarding part of working with Adaptive.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany, daughter Everly, and dog Oshie. He is an avid St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals fan, willing to strike up a conversation with anyone about anything related to the teams. In his freetime, he enjoys playing tennis and spending time outdoors.

Shannon Piontek - Technical Recruiter

Shannon joined Adaptive Solutions Group in 2015 after graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Economics. Shannon enjoys working with the energetic and supportive team at ASG. She loves having the opportunity to impact people's careers by placing them in a job that matches their goals, and creating those lasting relationships. Other hobbies of Shannon's is cheering on the Mizzou Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Morley - Technical Recruiter

Sarah joined the Adaptive Solutions team in 2016. Prior to joining the team, she worked for a logistics company as a transportation sales rep. Sarah is excited to work for a company who believes in treating people as people, and not as commodities. She enjoys building relationships with the candidates in order to learn about their career goals and be able to find the best match for them.

Sarah is a graduate from Missouri State University with a B.S. in Hospitality Administration. Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with family and friends.

Anita Kuntorovskiy - Technical Recruiter

Anita joined the Adaptive Solutions team in 2016. Prior to joining the team she worked for a staffing agency recruiting light industrial and entry level administration positions. Anita fully believes in the company's mission in "treating people as people and not as commodities" and she loves helping them to meet their career goals.

Anita thrives in the competitive, fast-paced environment at Adaptive Solutions Group. She enjoys having meaningful relationships with her coworkers, in addition to creating new relationships with the consultants she serves. She has a passion for helping people grow not only professionally, but on an individual level as well.

Anita is a graduate from Fontbonne University with a B.S. in Speech Language Pathology. Outside of work Anita loves to spend time with her family.

Tim Reichert - Technical Recruiter

Tim joined the ASG team in the summer of 2016 as a Technical Recruiter. He is a graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in Finance and currently working on a Masters in Business Administration. The most rewarding work for him is connecting and providing talented workers with employment around the St. Louis area.

Away from the office, Tim enjoys playing golf and fantasy sports all year round. He is an avid fan of the St. Louis sports teams and the Tennessee Titans.

Matt George - Technical Recruiter

Matt joined the ASG team in 2016 after graduating from Missouri State University with Degrees in both Marketing and Logistics. As a recruiter for Adaptive Solutions Group, Matt has a passion for Microsoft development, and helping people succeed in a career that they genuinely enjoy.

Matt loves outdoor activities including camping, hiking, and firing up the grill! You can often find him up early on a Saturday morning, watching his favorite English soccer team, Arsenal.

Dane V. Guenther - Technical Recruiter

Dane joined the Adaptive Solutions team in the summer of 2017. Dane was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and graduated college from Columbia College with a Dual Major in Business Management and Marketing. Dane enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping them make the right move. Dane takes pride in his placements and keeps a lasting relationship with each person he comes in contact with.

Outside of work, Dane enjoys all sports but has a passion for Ice Hockey. He also likes to play golf, softball, and spending time outdoors.

Sidney Rens - Technical Recruiter

Sidney joined the Adaptive Solutions team in 2017. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. Her professional experience comes from her time working in the healthcare industry and at Enterprise Holdings. Her favorite aspect of working with ASG is helping people to reach their full potential professionally.

When she is not at ASG she enjoys spending time with her son, Harrison, and her dog, Annie. She also enjoys reading, gardening, and exercising.

Tiphanie Del Toro - Facility Security Administrator & Office Administrator

Tiphanie joined Adaptive Solutions Group in 2014. She is a veteran of the U.S Army, where she served on active duty. Having served her country, she strongly believes in the ideals embraced by the Military. Such as, treating others with respect and dignity, further believing that her proficiency to multi-task and adapt to an ever changing work environment will serve her well as a member of ASG. Tiphanie is married with four children: Brianna, Noah, Elijah and Manuel. She enjoys shopping and attending any sporting event, but she stays true to her Chicago Bears, St. Louis Cardinals and her son’s (Manuel) youth hockey team.

Kristin Hoff – Payroll & Billing Manager

Kristin joined Adaptive Solutions Group as the Payroll/Accounting Manager in 2011. She's fully on-board with the challenges of the staffing industry and fast-paced nature.

Kristin is a graduate of Maryville University, where she acquired a double-major B.A. in Psychology and Sociology.

Rachel Stuart – Human Resources Manager

Rachel has been with the team since 2010. She truly enjoys the staff she works with which she describes as "a fun group who make every day interesting and entertaining!"

A veteran in IT staffing with over 15 years' experience combined with her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, Rachel brings a high degree of commitment, focus, and in-depth experience to the job.
