Dave Grace – Account Manager

Dave Grace joined Adaptive Solutions Group in 2012 as an Account Manager. He has been in the staffing and technology space in the Kansas City market since 1995. Dave's experience dates back to the days of recruiting from a handful of resumes and tracking information in a three ring binder. "This industry has seen countless number of changes throughout the years. The one constant has been the people. Whether it is candidates or clients, people have to know you hear them, that you are working to support them and that you will provide direct and honest information."

A graduate from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Dave returns to Manhattan as much as possible to support the Wildcats. Other interests outside of the office include, working on home improvement projects with his wife, and spending time with family and friends usually watching some type of sporting event.

Kevin Stone – Account Manager

Kevin Stone was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Rockhurst High School and Avila University. When asked what one trait he is most proud of, Kevin says, "my work ethic." As an account manager with Adaptive Solutions Group, Kevin puts that work ethic to the test and is only satisfied when his clients are.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife Libby, daughters Ila and Lena, son Oliver, and dog Penny.

Matt Hinck - Account Manager

Matt grew up in Leawood, Kansas and graduated from the University of Missouri with a Business Administration and Marketing degree in May of 2014. Matt loves the opportunity to meet new people and help them fulfill their career aspirations. Matt prides himself on his reputation of being a trustworthy and dependable person.

In college Matt was involved with the Missouri Homecoming planning, Camp Kesem - A camp for children whose parents suffer from cancer, and his fraternity. He is a passionate Kansas City and Missouri Tiger sports fan. He loves to play basketball and spend time with his three brothers.

Krystal Dozier - Sr. Technical Recruiter

Krystal joined Adaptive Solutions Group in 2017 with four years of IT recruiting experience. Krystal attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and studied Business Administration and Communication. Krystal is thrilled to work with a team that focuses on understanding their consultant’s goals and career aspirations. She enjoys building relationships with consultants and is excited to get to know all her coworkers.

Outside of the office Krystal loves spending time with her nieces and nephews and supporting the Kansas City Royals.

Mallory Wheaton - Technical Recruiter

While growing up, Mallory and her family moved around the U.S. a lot, finally settling down in Kansas City in 1999. As a child moving so often, she became very comfortable talking to perfect strangers and developing friendships from the start; in turn, this developed the perfect personality for the recruiting & staffing industry. She went to college at the University of Missouri (M-I-Z!), graduating with a degree in Communications & Business, and the main goal of finding a job where she could always work with people and help them achieve their goals.

Professionally, her top 3 priorities are customer service, being the best, and having fun with whatever she does. Personally, she is obsessed with the Chiefs, Mizzou, the Royals, Sporting KC, her family and two cats - Crash & Ozzie (affectionately referred to as "the Boys"). In her spare time, she enjoys to work on projects around her house and cooking new recipes.

Joe Ahmadian - Technical Recruiter

Joe joined the Adaptive Solutions Group team in early 2017. Originally from the Dallas, TX area, Joe migrated north to Kansas to attend Baker University. While there he was a member of the men’s tennis team and earned a B.S. in Mass Media. Joe later returned to Baker for six additional years as the Head Coach of the men’s and women’s tennis teams. As a coach, Joe enjoyed the process of recruiting talented men and woman to attend a university where he felt they would be happy and successful. He genuinely finds great joy in getting to know people and helping them. Joe came to ASG to continue this passion by helping talented people find opportunities that align with their career goals and aspirations.

Abby Tryon - Office Administrator

Abby joined Adaptive Solutions Group in 2015 as an Office Administrator. Prior to ASG, she managed a small office supply business where her main goal was prioritizing people. This is exactly why she loves working at ASG. “Being able to work with a great group of professionals that are dedicated to helping people achieve their career goals makes the job exciting and just adds to the great atmosphere!”

Abby graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science. She enjoys watching football, especially the Wildcats and her Green Bay Packers! Abby also loves spending time with her husband, Tyler, and daughter, Isabella, whether it’s at home or out enjoying the fun things Kansas City has to offer.

Alyssa Kueker - Special Projects

Alyssa has been with Adaptive since 2011. She worked in Human Resources for two years, but now supports the back office with auditing and projects. She came to Adaptive with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

When not working Alyssa enjoys dance parties with her children, running with her husband, and rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Cardinals.
