Scott Pruitt - Business Development Manager

Being a native of the St. Louis area and spending the last 17 years in Denver, Scott took the opportunity to expand a successful mid-west based technical staffing company to the Rocky-Mountains and decided to join ASG in November of 2015. Scott is responsible for overall account management strategies for the Colorado market. Previously, Scott spent nine years in geo-spatial technology services with DigitalGlobe, two of which were with a geo-spatial start-up exceeding over 100% growth the first year. Before joining Adaptive Solutions Group, spent five years as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting supporting a government agency managing critical applications and systems for the Armed Services.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from McKendree University. Scott enjoys Golf, Skiing, Camping, the Broncos and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Luke Haberer - Technical Recruiter

Luke joined Adaptive in 2015 to help expand on his and the company's motto of "treating people as people". The best part of the job for Luke is meeting new people whether it's a potential new client or candidate. Relationship building is very important to Luke and he enjoys having the opportunity to help people find happiness in what they do every day.

He is a Mizzou graduate and while he now lives in Denver, Colorado, he still cheers on his St. Louis teams to go along with his Mizzou Tigers. Hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, and hiking to go along with pickup basketball once a week.

Katie Lawo - Technical Recruiter

Katie joined Adaptive in 2017. Prior to joining the team, she worked for a consulting company recruiting for healthcare IT positions. Katie fully believes in Adaptive’s mission in "treating people as people and not as commodities". She also loves working for a fast-paced and very tight knit company.

Katie is a St. Louis University graduate who moved to Denver in 2016. In her free time, Katie enjoys travelling and cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals.

Kara Taylor - Payroll/HR Assistant

Kara joined Adaptive Solutions Group in 2015 with a degree in Business Management from Blackburn College. Kara enjoys working for a company with such a positive work environment. The fast-paced culture of the staffing industry is what intrigues her as it will always keep her on her toes.

Outside of the office Kara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and playing soccer and softball.
